Since 1986, he has held managerial roles in cost controlling and accounting, progressively advancing to senior positions such as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Board Member for several large, established brands. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2012when he purchased a franchise business in interior remodeling in France, which he successfully sold four years later. In 2017, he transitioned to Florida, where he purchased a franchise in the construction industry, operating the business until 2024, as a building contractor.

Patrick’s multifaceted expertise spans business strategy, real estate, business and team management, finance, and construction, equipping him with a unique ability to offer invaluable guidance to clients seeking residential homes and investment opportunities in Florida. His varied and international career instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and a tireless work ethic, qualities he applies daily as a commercial and residential realtor.
