Does this Guarantee cost anything?
No. It cost nothing to get this guarantee. The only thing it does require is for you to become a VIP BUYER, which also cost nothing. This way, we know we can be committed to finding the right home the first time without the pressure of you buying a home. Taking the time to find the right home to begin with can mean the difference of loving your home or just being okay with your home.
Do I really need this Guarantee?
No, but why would you not want it if it cost nothing and offers protection. This is a win-win for you and cost no extra money. Buying a home is a huge commitment. In fact, buying a new home is one of the biggest purchases you’ll likely ever make. That’s why we put so much time and effort into finding your dream home. We want to make sure you get it right.
How do I use this Guarantee?
You will have a certificate in writing that allows you to exercise this at any time within the first 12 months of purchasing your home. Don’t worry if you lose it, we will know who you are and will be in our system safe and sound. Just be sure to call us within your 12 month anniversary date of purchasing your current home. You will need to become a VIP Buyer again for the purchase of a new home.
