Cesar Costa is the owner and operator of HouseMaster Home Inspections, a highly respected, award-winning, and leading building inspection company serving the Broward County and Orlando area. Cesar has a vast array of licenses and certifications, including being a licensed Realtor, Home Inspector, Mold Assessor, Termite Operator, Residential Thermographer, Sewer Line Inspector, and Remote Pilot (drone license, part 107)

In addition, Cesar is a certified instructor and a licensed Continuing Education Course Provider with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DPBR). Through his training programs, he has educated and empowered over 3,000 realtors to better understand and leverage property inspection services, mold, termites, negotiations, sales, and commercial real estate investing. Cesar is also a Florida Realtors Certified Instructor and has taught courses at local boards, including Miami Realtors®, Broward, Palm Beaches, & St. Lucie Realtors® and Osceola County Association of Realtors®

Cesar Costa is the founder and CEO of Atman Multi Capital and a real estate investor and syndicator in multifamily buildings.

Cesar is an Engineer, with MBA from the University of Michigan, training at Harvard University and the University of California at Berkley. He has worked for renowned multinational companies such as Laureate Universities, Intel, Lucent Technologies, and Yahoo and is Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
